Shoulder to overhead
I did 5-5-5-5-5 starting with 65# and ending up going to 100#’s. I tried 105 but couldn’t complete it. Scared of the weight and dropped it before I could lock out. Pretty exciting getting so much Stronger though in such a short period of time!!
